Scope

Option Desk does not create user accounts. It does not use advertising, browser analytics, tracking cookies, or non-essential browser storage.

The service is operated by Iman Samizadeh. AvidQuant is the project name, not a company. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

Data you send

The service processes an option-chain snapshot, its source name, and your rights and retention confirmations when you submit them. It uses these items only to produce the research output that you request.

Do not send names, account numbers, portfolio positions, credentials, API keys, confidential data, or other personal data. Remove these items before you upload a file.

Retention and deletion

Stateless MCP analysis uses temporary files. The service deletes those files before it returns the response.

A private browser dashboard keeps the normalized snapshot and generated artifacts in temporary storage. It expires within one hour. You can delete it sooner with the delete control or MCP delete tool.

The application and Nginx access logs are disabled. The application does not write raw uploads, dashboard bearer tokens, IP addresses, or request headers to persistent logs.

Application abuse controls keep only a keyed, one-way client identifier and request times in process memory for no more than 60 seconds. Nginx keeps temporary IP rate-limit state in memory. Neither control writes that state to disk.

Nginx records only critical proxy errors. Those records can contain a timestamp, request path, and network address. The deployment policy rotates them daily and keeps no more than one day. Raw uploads are not included.

The container can record critical application diagnostics. Docker caps that file at one megabyte and replaces it with each container deployment. Access requests and raw uploads are not logged.

Service providers

Cloudflare and the hosting provider process IP addresses, request headers, timestamps, and paths to route and secure requests. Option Desk does not control their independent security records or retention. Their own privacy terms apply.

When you use Option Desk through ChatGPT or another MCP client, that client provider also processes your request under its own terms. Review those terms before you attach a file.

No sale, advertising, or training

Option Desk does not sell uploads. It does not use uploads for advertising, public display, data aggregation, or model training. It does not intentionally share uploads except with the service providers needed to deliver the request.

Your choices

You can use the SYNTH sample without uploading a file. You can stop before submission, delete a private dashboard early, or email [email protected] about access or deletion.

Because the service has no accounts and does not intentionally retain identity data, it might not be able to identify a request after temporary data is deleted.

Children

Option Desk is a general research tool. It is not designed for or marketed to children under 13. It does not contain adult content.
