Permitted use

Use the service only for lawful research and software evaluation. You must not use it to place orders, give regulated advice, mislead another person, disrupt the service, or bypass its safeguards.

Option Desk does not provide personalised investment recommendations. It does not connect to a broker and cannot execute a financial transaction.

Your data and licence

Do not upload third-party data unless you have the right to send it for this private analysis. Your confirmation does not change the source provider's terms or grant public-display or redistribution rights.

You keep your rights in the data. You grant Option Desk only the limited and temporary permission needed to validate it, calculate the requested output, display that output to you, and delete the temporary files.

Do not upload credentials, personal account details, confidential data, unlawful content, or data from a source that forbids this processing.

Synthetic and modelled output

Treat SYNTH only as sample data. Treat every calculation as an estimate. Option Desk does not verify a user file, its licence, its market timestamp, or its accuracy.

Software licence

Option Desk is a public source-code project. Its code is available at https://github.com/Iman/agent-driven-options-desk-and-skills under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0.

Review the licence before business or revenue-generating use. A separate written agreement can be required for use outside that licence.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, there is no promise that it will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for a purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
